At Quinn Residences at McCart Landing, your cat or dog can feel at home in a detached rental residence with open living areas, air conditioning, smart-home convenience, and a private backyard for everyday fresh-air breaks. Larger pets have room to settle in, too, with a policy designed for cats and dogs up to 100 pounds each.

How many, how big, which breeds, and who to ask.

How many pets can I have?

Up to two pets per home. Dogs and cats are both welcome.

Is there a weight limit?

100 pounds per pet.

Are there breed restrictions?

Restricted breeds include Pit Bull, Rottweiler, Cane Corso, American Staffordshire Terrier, Bull Terrier, and American Bulldog, or any crossbreeds of these. Maximum weight limit of 100 pounds per pet; no more than two pets without written approval. Pet screening is mandatory before move-in.
